Shipping Policy

Celflor ships to Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after shipping, depending on your country. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or because of customs.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $50 (or the equivalent in your local currency). For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. When they are not collected at checkout, they are paid by the customer on delivery.

 

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at contact@celflor.com and we will help you find a solution.

 

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
