How often should I use a face mask?
Most sheet, hydrogel and clay masks can be used 2 to 3 times a week. Apply on clean skin, relax, then gently massage in the remaining serum. Always follow the instructions on each product.
Are your masks suitable for sensitive skin?
Each product page lists the full ingredients and the skin types it is made for. If your skin is sensitive, do a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before the first use, and stop using the product if any irritation appears.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your country.
