Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Switzerland.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your country. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on orders over $50 to the United States (over CHF 50 for Europe, the UK and Switzerland). For smaller orders, standard shipping costs $15 to the US, CHF 12 to Europe and the UK, and CHF 7 in Switzerland.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Your order is shipped internationally. Depending on your country, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. Just email us at contact@celflor.com with your order number.
Our Masks & Skincare
How often should I use a face mask?
Most sheet, hydrogel and clay masks can be used 2 to 3 times a week. Always follow the instructions on each product.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Each product page lists the full ingredients and the skin types it is made for. If your skin is sensitive, do a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before first use, and stop using the product if any irritation appears.
How should I store my masks?
Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Tip: a sheet or hydrogel mask kept in the fridge feels extra refreshing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after delivery to return an unopened item in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
